I woke up this morning at about 6:45am to a light rain but a heavy dusting of snow in the surrounding mountains... even on the east side of the city which is rare. So I jumped out of bed, grabbed my camera and headed out to Starbucks for a coffee to fuel a short drive up Charleston Avenue up towards Red Rock to take some shots of the canyon and the snow before starting my work day...
